Creamsicle Orange Cookies are soft, chewy cookies bursting with bright citrus flavor and creamy white chocolate chips. Made with white cake mix and orange gelatin, they capture the nostalgic taste of an orange creamsicle in an easy, bakery-style cookie.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 ounces) white cake mix
  • 1 box (3 ounces) orange gelatin dessert mix
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated orange zest
  • 1/2 cup (113 grams) salted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 bag (11 ounces or about 2 cups) white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine white cake mix and orange gelatin powder until evenly blended.
  3. Add softened butter and eggs. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  4. Fold in orange zest and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
  7. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
