Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup unflavored gelatin powder
- 3/4 cup dill pickle brine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 to 3 drops green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Clean and thoroughly dry gummy worm molds. Place them on a tray for easy transfer.
- Pour dill pickle brine into a small saucepan and heat gently over low heat until warm but not boiling.
- Gradually sprinkle gelatin powder over the warm brine while whisking continuously to prevent clumps.
- Stir in honey until fully dissolved and combined.
- Add green food coloring if using and mix evenly.
- Carefully pour the mixture into gummy worm molds using a spouted cup or dropper.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set and firm.
- Gently remove gummies from molds and store chilled.
Notes
- Do not boil the brine, as overheating can prevent proper setting.
- Adjust honey to control sweetness level.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- If gummies soften, chill for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Any silicone candy mold can be used if worm molds are unavailable.
