Instructions

  1. Clean and thoroughly dry gummy worm molds. Place them on a tray for easy transfer.
  2. Pour dill pickle brine into a small saucepan and heat gently over low heat until warm but not boiling.
  3. Gradually sprinkle gelatin powder over the warm brine while whisking continuously to prevent clumps.
  4. Stir in honey until fully dissolved and combined.
  5. Add green food coloring if using and mix evenly.
  6. Carefully pour the mixture into gummy worm molds using a spouted cup or dropper.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set and firm.
