Ingredients
- 2 tubes refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sliced and chopped pepperoni
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Lightly flour a large work surface.
- Roll out each tube of pizza dough into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough.
- Layer shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges.
- Scatter chopped pepperoni over the cheese.
- Starting from the short end, roll the dough into a tight log and pinch the seam to seal.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces with a serrated knife or pizza cutter.
- Place rolls cut-side up on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Use a pizza blend or provolone cheese instead of mozzarella for variation.
- Add finely chopped vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Refrigerate assembled rolls before baking to make ahead.
- Air fryer: reduce temperature by about 25°F and cook until golden.
- Ensure dough is rolled tightly and seam is pinched well to prevent unrolling.
