Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Lightly flour a large work surface.
  2. Roll out each tube of pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough.
  4. Layer shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges.

  6. Starting from the short end, roll the dough into a tight log and pinch the seam to seal.
  7. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces with a serrated knife or pizza cutter.
