Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • Pinch of salt
  • Additional honey for drizzling (optional glaze)
  • Powdered sugar + milk or cream for icing (optional glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped walnuts, cinnamon, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the pastry and drizzle with 3 tbsp honey.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly from the long side and pinch the seam to seal.
  6. Cut into 8–12 slices and place cut-side up on the prepared sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Immediately drizzle with honey; if using icing, wait a minute and drizzle it over the warm rolls.
  9. Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
