The Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap is a quick and flavorful Tex-Mex-inspired meal featuring seasoned ground beef, creamy nacho cheese, and fresh toppings wrapped in a warm tortilla. Perfect for busy nights or casual dinners.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 large wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Large flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, chopped onions

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
  2. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat evenly.
  3. Add the drained Rotel to the skillet and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in the nacho cheese sauce until creamy and fully combined with the beef mixture.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
  6. To assemble, spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Add sour cream and any optional toppings.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • Add black beans or corn for more texture and fiber.
  • Toast assembled wraps in a skillet for extra crunch.
  • Adjust spice level by using mild or hot Rotel, or adding jalapeños or hot sauce.
  • Store beef filling separately to avoid soggy tortillas.
