Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Large flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, chopped onions
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
- Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat evenly.
- Add the drained Rotel to the skillet and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the nacho cheese sauce until creamy and fully combined with the beef mixture.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- To assemble, spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Add sour cream and any optional toppings.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps and serve warm.
Notes
- Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Add black beans or corn for more texture and fiber.
- Toast assembled wraps in a skillet for extra crunch.
- Adjust spice level by using mild or hot Rotel, or adding jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Store beef filling separately to avoid soggy tortillas.
