- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chocolate coating, melted (optional, for coating)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until creamy and fully blended.
- Gradually mix in graham cracker crumbs until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop and roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
- If desired, dip each ball into melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for another 20–30 minutes, or until firm. Serve chilled.
Notes
- Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture if desired.
- Chill longer or grease hands lightly to reduce sticking while rolling.
- Skip chocolate coating for a lighter version.
- They are great for make-ahead desserts or party trays.
