1 box (12 regular size) ice cream sandwiches
1 cup coarsely chopped Oreo cookies
1 (16 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided

Instructions
- In a large bowl, fold 2 cups of whipped topping into the chopped Oreo cookies. Set aside.
- Unwrap the ice cream sandwiches and lay 6 side-by-side to form the bottom layer of the cake.
- Spread the Oreo and whipped topping mixture evenly over the bottom layer.
- Place the remaining 6 sandwiches on top to form the second layer.
- Frost the top and sides of the cake with the remaining whipped topping.
- Top generously with sprinkles.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
