Ingredients

1 box (12 regular size) ice cream sandwiches

1 cup coarsely chopped Oreo cookies

1 (16 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, fold 2 cups of whipped topping into the chopped Oreo cookies. Set aside.
  2. Unwrap the ice cream sandwiches and lay 6 side-by-side to form the bottom layer of the cake.

  4. Place the remaining 6 sandwiches on top to form the second layer.
