Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  6. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  10. Allow cookies to cool briefly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
