- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add zucchini slices and garlic powder, cooking for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- Combine sautéed vegetables with cheeses and egg mixture. Mix gently.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish, spread evenly, and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
