Ingredients

  • 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 10 slices Genoa salami
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll pizza dough onto the baking sheet and stretch into a rectangle.
  3. Layer salami and pepperoni over the dough, leaving a small border.
  4. Top with mozzarella and provolone cheeses, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from the long side, tucking in the ends. Place seam-side down on the sheet.
  6. Beat the egg and brush over the top of the stromboli. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with marinara sauce.
