Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1 1/4 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 (9-ounce) packages frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, drained, and roughly chopped
- 3 (28-ounce) cans Italian-style green beans, drained
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Reserve 1/3 cup of the mixture for topping.
- Add chopped artichoke hearts, green beans, and 1/2 cup olive oil to the bowl. Gently fold to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle reserved breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes

- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs or seasoned crackers for a gluten-free version.
