Ingredients
- Gravy to taste
- 1 ½ cups chopped turkey meat
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- Panko breadcrumbs as needed
- 3 cups stuffing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- If the mixture is too soft to hold together, add panko breadcrumbs a little at a time until firm enough to shape.
- Form the mixture into evenly sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until lightly browned and heated through.
- Serve warm with gravy drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
Notes
- Add shredded cheese or fresh herbs like parsley or thyme for extra flavor.
- Lightly spray the balls with oil before baking for a crispier finish.
- Make smaller balls for party appetizers.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
- Reheat in the oven at 350°F for best texture.
