Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, and milk; stir constantly until combined.

  6. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until fudge thickens and becomes matte.
  7. Fold in chopped pecans evenly.
  8. Pour fudge onto prepared parchment, shape into a wide log, and let cool to room temperature.
