  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Layer frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  4. Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese over ravioli, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Repeat layers, finishing with marinara sauce and cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use meat-filled ravioli or add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
  • Substitute ricotta with cottage cheese for a lighter version.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms between layers for added veggies.
  • Use arrabbiata sauce for a spicy twist.
  • Freezes well—thaw overnight before reheating.
