Ingredients
- 1 package frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer frozen ravioli over the sauce.
- Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese over ravioli, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Repeat layers, finishing with marinara sauce and cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use meat-filled ravioli or add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
- Substitute ricotta with cottage cheese for a lighter version.
- Add spinach or mushrooms between layers for added veggies.
- Use arrabbiata sauce for a spicy twist.
- Freezes well—thaw overnight before reheating.
