- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mash bananas in a bowl and stir in melted butter.
- Add baking soda and salt, then mix in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour, mixing just until combined.
- Spoon the batter into muffin liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- Add mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts for extra flavor and texture.
- Swap half the flour for whole wheat and reduce sugar for a healthier version.
