Ingredients
- 1 package of 15 mini phyllo shells (frozen or ready-to-use)
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 15 small cubes
- 3 tablespoons jam or preserves (fig, raspberry, cranberry, or apricot)
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds), optional
- 1 teaspoon honey, optional
- Small rosemary sprigs or thyme leaves, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
- Add one cube of brie to each shell.
- Bake for 7–10 minutes until cheese is melted and phyllo is golden.
- Remove from oven and top each cup with a small spoonful of jam.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts or drizzle with honey if desired.
- Garnish with rosemary or thyme.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
- Use any jam that complements brie: fig, raspberry, cranberry, or apricot.
- Goat cheese or camembert can be used in place of brie.
- Chopped nuts add crunch and flavor — try pecans or pistachios too.
- Assemble ahead and bake just before serving for best results.
- Reheat at 325°F for 5–7 minutes to restore crispiness.
