Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups soy milk or other plant or dairy milk
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- ½ cup ice
Instructions
- Slice the banana into chunks if not already sliced.
- Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed and cover.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
