Ingredients
- 1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 bottle (2 liters) lemon-lime soda, chilled
- 1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 quart orange sherbet
Instructions
- Reconstitute the orange juice concentrate according to package directions and pour into a large punch bowl.
- Slowly stir in the pineapple juice and lemon-lime soda, mixing gently to preserve carbonation.
- Just before serving, scoop the orange sherbet over the top of the punch.
- Serve immediately as the sherbet begins to melt and create a creamy, foamy layer.
