Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Blend in ½ cup of peanut butter until the filling is thick, smooth, and fluffy.
  4. Slice each donut horizontally to create a top and bottom half.
  5. Spread or pipe a generous amount of cheesecake filling onto the bottom half of each donut.
  6. Place the top halves back on to form donut sandwiches.
  7. Warm the remaining ¼ cup of peanut butter slightly until it can be drizzled.
  8. Drizzle the peanut butter over the top of each donut sandwich.
  9. Serve immediately or chill for 20 minutes for a firmer texture.
