- 1 cup finely chopped smoked beef strips, cooked until crisp
- 1/2 cup pepper jelly
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl or 9-inch pie dish, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the dish and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle crushed crackers and smoked beef evenly over the cheese layer.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Meanwhile, microwave pepper jelly in 30-second intervals until pourable.
- Remove dip from oven and immediately spread warm pepper jelly over the top.
- Serve warm with crackers, chips, or vegetables.
