Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pepper jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl or 9-inch pie dish, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish and smooth the top.
  4. Sprinkle crushed crackers and smoked beef evenly over the cheese layer.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  6. Meanwhile, microwave pepper jelly in 30-second intervals until pourable.
  7. Remove dip from oven and immediately spread warm pepper jelly over the top.
  8. Serve warm with crackers, chips, or vegetables.
