  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  3. Drain any excess fat and spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared pie plate.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until smooth. Pour over the beef and cheese in the pie plate.
