- 16.3 ounces Pillsbury Grands Original Southern Style Biscuits (8-count package)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ⅓ cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup mini pepperoni rounds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease four oven-safe ramekins or bowls.
- Cut each biscuit into four pieces and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss biscuit pieces with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until coated.
- Add pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and mini pepperoni to the bowl and mix gently to combine.
- Divide mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins and press down lightly.
- Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until tops are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
