- 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower)
- Optional toppings: green onions, sesame seeds, shredded carrots, cucumber slices
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.
- Serve hot over cooked rice. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or desired veggies.
Notes
- Swap in ground turkey, chicken, as needed.
- Use cauliflower rice for a low-carb version.
- Top with a fried egg for added protein and richness.
- Double the sauce if you like extra flavor over rice or veggies.
