2 more cups water (still or sparkling)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve sugar (or honey/agave) in 2 cups of water to make a syrup.
- In a blender, combine peach slices, lemon juice, simple syrup, and 2 cups water. Blend until smooth.
- Optional: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher for a smoother texture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice with a sprig of mint or additional peach slices, if desired.
Notes
- Use frozen peaches when out of season.
- Add a splash of orange or lime juice for extra citrus depth.
- Use sparkling water instead of still for a fizzy version.
- Sweeten with honey, agave, or stevia as alternatives.
