Instructions
- In a bowl, stir the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add crumbled feta, chopped chives, and chopped dried cranberries. Mix until fully combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the cheese mixture over the surface.
- Roll the tortilla up tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Unwrap and slice into pinwheels before serving.
