Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in or boneless chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the chops with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chops for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  3. Place the seared chops into the slow cooker.
  4. In a bowl, mix sliced peaches, peach preserves, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and apple cider vinegar until combined.
  5. Pour the peach mixture evenly over the chops in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours, or until the chops are tender and cooked through.
  7. Before serving, spoon extra glaze over the chops from the slow cooker.
