Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, and eggs. Mix until just combined to avoid overmixing.
  3. Fold in cheddar cheese, cream cheese, jalapeños, ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
