A warm, crispy tortilla dessert filled with gooey marshmallows, melted milk chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers, made easily in the air fryer or on the stovetop for a fun campfire-inspired treat.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4 crunchwraps

Ingredients

  • 4 large burrito-size flour tortillas (1012 inches)
  • 2 graham crackers, broken into 4 squares
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 4 ounces milk chocolate bar, broken into squares
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place a large flour tortilla flat on a clean work surface or plate.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup mini marshmallows in the center of the tortilla, leaving about 2 inches of space around the edges.
  3. Place 1 graham cracker square over the marshmallows.
  4. Add about 1 ounce of milk chocolate on top.
  5. Fold the tortilla by lifting one edge over the filling, then continue making pleats around the tortilla until fully enclosed and sealed.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Air Fryer Method: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  8. Place the crunchwraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  9. Brush the tops with half of the melted butter.
  10. Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.
  11. Flip the crunchwraps, brush with the remaining butter, and cook for 2–3 more minutes until crisp and golden.
  12. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired and serve warm.
  13. Stovetop Method: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  14. Add the melted butter to the skillet and place the crunchwraps seam-side down in the pan.
  15. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  16. Turn seam-side down again before removing from the skillet.
  17. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the tortillas or they may tear while folding.
  • Large flour tortillas work best because they fold easily around the filling.
  • You can customize the filling with dark chocolate, white chocolate, peanut butter, banana slices, strawberries, or chopped nuts.
  • For smaller party portions, use mini tortillas to make bite-sized crunchwraps.
  • Store cooled leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in an air fryer or skillet to keep the tortilla crispy; avoid microwaving if possible.
  • To make dairy-free, use dairy-free chocolate and plant-based butter.
