Ingredients
- 100 g whole Greek yogurt
- 60 g sugar-free dark chocolate drops
- 40 g sugar-free cornflakes
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate drops gently in a heatproof bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the cornflakes, stirring until completely coated in the chocolate.
- In a silicone mold, spread half the chocolate-coated cornflakes as the bottom layer.
- Add Greek yogurt on top of the cornflakes. Sweeten the yogurt slightly if desired.
- Cover with the remaining chocolate cornflakes and press lightly to level.
- Freeze for about 1 hour, or until fully set.
- Remove from the mold and enjoy straight from the freezer.
Notes
- Try adding cinnamon or vanilla extract to the yogurt for extra flavor.
- Swap Greek yogurt with flavored yogurt for variety.
- Use chopped nuts for more crunch and texture.
- If no silicone mold is available, line a small container with parchment and cut into squares after freezing.
