Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 48 mini Snickers bars, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten it in your palm, and place a mini Snickers in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the candy and roll into a ball. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden on the edges and set in the center.
- Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
- Swap Snickers for other candy bars like Milky Way or Rolos.
- Cut fun-size bars in half if mini Snickers aren’t available.
- Roll dough balls in granulated sugar before baking for extra flair.
- Store in airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze with parchment layers.
