Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies stuffed with gooey mini Snickers bars. These indulgent treats are a nostalgic blend of salty, sweet, and chocolatey goodness—perfect for parties, bake sales, or satisfying a sweet tooth.

  • Total Time: 32 minutes
  • Yield: 48 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 48 mini Snickers bars, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  6. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten it in your palm, and place a mini Snickers in the center.
  7. Wrap the dough around the candy and roll into a ball. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden on the edges and set in the center.
  9. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
  • Swap Snickers for other candy bars like Milky Way or Rolos.
  • Cut fun-size bars in half if mini Snickers aren’t available.
  • Roll dough balls in granulated sugar before baking for extra flair.
  • Store in airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze with parchment layers.
