Ingredients
4 cups cold water (or sparkling water for a fizzy version)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey or sugar-free sweetener
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened blue butterfly pea flower tea (or blue sports drink)
1/2 cup pink dragon fruit juice or cranberry juice
Ice cubes
Lemon slices, for garnish
Edible glitter, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine cold water, lemon juice, honey (or sweetener), and vanilla extract. Stir well and chill in the fridge.
- Fill glasses to the top with ice to help keep the layers separate.
- Pour the lemonade into each glass until about three-quarters full.
- Slowly pour the pink dragon fruit juice (or cranberry juice) over the ice to create the first color layer.
- Carefully pour the butterfly pea flower tea (or blue sports drink) on top to form the final layer.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a pinch of edible glitter. Stir before drinking to enjoy all the flavors together.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, replace still water with sparkling water.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey or sweetener.
- Use natural juices for a healthier and more colorful result.
- Blend into a slush for a frozen unicorn lemonade.
- Try tropical variations by swapping the pink juice with mango or pineapple juice.
