- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella-style vegan cheese
- 6–8 black olives, pitted and halved
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a round or ghostly shape.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Scatter vegan mozzarella cheese generously across the surface.
- Place olive halves on top to form eyes for ghost shapes.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven, garnish with basil leaves, and let cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
- Use cashew cheese for a homemade alternative to vegan mozzarella.
- Add bell peppers or red onions for extra flavor and color.
- Shape cheese with ghost-shaped cookie cutters for more defined ghost figures.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, reheat in the oven for best results.
