- 1 bottle rosé wine
- 1/3 cup elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 small orange, sliced
- 1 small lemon, sliced
- Sparkling water (optional)
- Edible flowers (for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash all fruit thoroughly and slice strawberries, orange, and lemon.
- In a large pitcher, combine strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, orange slices, and lemon slices.
- Pour in the rosé wine and elderflower liqueur.
- Stir gently to combine without crushing the fruit.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight).
- Taste and add sparkling water if desired just before serving.
- Serve chilled with fruit in each glass and garnish with edible flowers.
Notes
- Chilling longer enhances flavor as fruit infuses the drink.
- Add sparkling water just before serving to maintain fizz.
- Use elderflower syrup for a non-alcoholic version.
- Swap fruits with peaches, cherries, or pomegranate for variation.
- Best enjoyed within 24 hours for optimal freshness.
- Serve in clear glasses for a beautiful presentation.
