Strawberry Cheesecake Balls are creamy, no-bake bites made with oats, almond flour, cream cheese, and strawberries. Naturally sweetened and packed with wholesome ingredients, they deliver classic cheesecake flavor in a convenient, snackable treat.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 12 balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries, finely crushed
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop (about 2 tablespoons) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons milk of choice (as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Pulse rolled oats in a food processor until they reach a fine flour-like consistency.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oat flour and almond flour.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt, stirring until partially combined.
  4. Mix in crushed freeze-dried strawberries, diced fresh strawberries, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  5. Stir until a thick dough forms. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time if needed to achieve a rollable texture.
  6. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls.
  7. Place on a lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm.
  8. Serve chilled or store for later.

Notes

  • If mixture is too sticky, add extra almond flour or chill before rolling.
  • Use certified gluten-free oats if needed.
  • Store refrigerated up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
  • Best enjoyed chilled for firm texture.
  • Protein powder can be omitted; add extra almond flour if needed.
