Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar, sifted

  • 1½ cups crushed Golden Oreos
  • 1 cup crushed strawberry-flavored Oreos
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • Optional: pink or red food coloring

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes until firm.
  3. Once chilled, scoop and roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos, crushed strawberry Oreos, and melted butter until crumbly.
  5. Roll each cheesecake ball in the crumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat evenly.
  6. Refrigerate coated bites until fully set, about 30 more minutes.
