4 slices bread
1 cup strawberries, sliced
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Place strawberry slices along one end of each bread slice and roll tightly.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add melted butter to coat.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, coating fully, then place in skillet.
- Cook until golden brown on all sides, turning gently for even color.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
