Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- Optional: black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss the shrimp with minced garlic and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Reduce the heat to low and pour in the sweet chili sauce, stirring to coat the shrimp.
- Let the sauce simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.

- Add a squeeze of lime juice for a fresh twist.
- Mix in sriracha or red pepper flakes for extra heat.
- Sauté chopped bell peppers or snap peas with the shrimp for added crunch.
