- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into small squares (about 12 pieces).
- In a bowl, mix the diced cooked chicken with teriyaki sauce until well coated.
- Spoon a small amount of the chicken mixture into the center of each puff pastry square.
- Fold or pinch the edges of the pastry squares, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- Include chopped bell peppers or green onions for added texture and flavor.
- Use spicy teriyaki sauce or chili flakes for a heat boost.
