Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz green chocolate melting wafers

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies in a stand mixer or food processor until fine crumbs form.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and mix until a smooth, soft dough forms.
  4. Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.
  6. Melt green chocolate wafers in microwave-safe bowl in 15–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
