Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz green chocolate melting wafers
- 2 tablespoons green holiday sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon red candy hearts
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a stand mixer or food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Add softened cream cheese and mix until a smooth, soft dough forms.
- Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.
- Melt green chocolate wafers in microwave-safe bowl in 15–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled Oreo ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place back on baking sheet.
- Decorate immediately with green sprinkles and a red candy heart.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is fully set.
