Ingredients
1 seedless watermelon
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice
2 cups assorted fruit (e.g., sliced strawberries, diced peaches, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, halved cherries)
Mint leaves or edible flowers, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt and orange juice, beating until creamy.
- Mix in powdered sugar until completely smooth. Cover and chill the glaze while preparing the fruit.
- Slice the watermelon into a 2–3-inch thick round, then cut into wedges.
- Spread a couple tablespoons of glaze over each wedge, avoiding the edges.
- Arrange assorted fruit on top of the glaze.
- Garnish with mint leaves or edible flowers, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a tropical twist, use mango and pineapple as toppings.
- For a lighter glaze, swap cream cheese for whipped cream or coconut yogurt.
- Let guests decorate their own slices for a fun, interactive serving idea.
- Ensure watermelon is chilled and dry before glazing to prevent slipping.
