Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
- 1 pound ground breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters and layer half in the bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle half of the cooked sausage, cheese, and green onions over the dough.
- Repeat with remaining biscuit dough, sausage, cheese, and green onions.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the pan.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter. Slice and serve warm.

- Assemble the night before and bake in the morning for convenience.
- Swap sausage for vegetarian alternatives or extra vegetables.

- Freeze individual slices for easy reheating later.
