- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup baking mix or all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground sausage, cream cheese, and mozzarella until fully blended.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, mixing evenly.
- Fold in baking mix or flour until the mixture holds together.
- Scoop small portions and roll into 1 to 1.5-inch balls.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Optionally brush or drizzle berry jelly over warm bites before serving.
