- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and vanilla extract and stir until crumbly.
- Reserve 1 cup of the mixture for topping and press the rest into the pan to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, combine apples, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Spread apple mixture evenly over the pre-baked crust.
- Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and apples are tender.
- Cool completely, then drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Cut into bars and serve.
