Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup beef pepperoni slices (halal)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small round.
- Place mozzarella cheese in the center of each round, then add a few slices of beef pepperoni.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal.
- Roll into a ball and place seam-side down on the baking tray.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the mixture over each dough ball.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.

- Avoid overfilling to prevent leaks.
- Seal edges היטב to keep cheese inside.
- Use cooked chicken or vegetables as alternative fillings.
- Serve with tomato sauce for dipping.
