Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  3. Press mixture firmly into the pan to form a crust and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool slightly.

  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
