Ingredients

  • For the Salmon Bites:
  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • For the Bang Bang Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional Garnish:
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon dry and place in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle cornstarch over salmon and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange salmon pieces on baking sheet without overcrowding.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  6. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  7. Remove salmon from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Toss salmon in the sauce or drizzle sauce over the top.
  9. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately.
