- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add Parmesan cheese and toss again to coat evenly.
- Spread sweet potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
