Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix apples, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch until well coated.
  3. Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut each into 4 rectangles (8 total).
  4. Place rectangles on baking tray and lightly score a border around each piece.
