Instructions

- Drizzle honey or maple syrup and add a pinch of cinnamon.
- Fold the tortilla in half.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Cook the quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Remove from pan, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
