- 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Chill for 20–30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs to form a soft dough.
- Roll chilled cream cheese mixture into small balls (about 1 teaspoon each).
- Flatten a tablespoon of dough, place a cream cheese ball in the center, and wrap dough around it, sealing completely.
- Roll into a smooth ball and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and tops slightly cracked.
- Cool on the baking sheet briefly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
